- June 12, 2026 – deadline for online registration and acceptance of applications for participation;
- June 12, 2026 – deadline for submitting articles / papers for publication in the IAEEE Journal;
- June 12, 2026 – deadline for submitting presentations for the conference;
- June 20-21, 2026 – arrival of foreign visiting guests – scientists, researchers and specialists;
- June 22-23, 2026 – Conference opening ceremony, plenary sessions [sections] with invited papers in Bishkek: “Sofia International Hotel”;
- June 24, 2026 – technical tour on vybro dynamical testing performance (location will be indicated in the Conference Program and/or announced during the conference) and trip to Issyk-Kul;
- June 25-26, 2026 – breakout [sectional] sessions, Conference closing ceremony, summing up [conclusions], awarding of diplomas and certificates. Conference resolution adoption;
- June 27-28, 2026 – departure of foreign [visiting] guests.
To become a Conference Participant, you need:
- Complete the online registration form on the conference website: https://forms.intuit.kg/r/maess-2026/
- Periodically review the Conference website: https://icee.kg/
- Send / submit a scientific paper to the IAEEE email: seismokg@mail.ru
- Comply with submission deadlines, technical parameters and requirements for preparation of papers in accordance with the Conference’s main dates;
- Prior the conference commencement, the IAEEE Journal will be published with materials from the VI Conference;
- Speakers with presentations will be awarded diplomas;
- Conference participants without papers can receive certificates of participation;
- Conference will also be held online (link to join the conference will be sent and/or specified in the Conference Program);
- Following the conference, the electronic version of the IAEEE Journal will be published on the conference website.
